Research Areas
Technology and Power in Organizations
I examine how emerging technologies reshape the expression and perception of power within organizations, including how digital communication, remote work, and AI-mediated interactions influence authority, trust, and leadership effectiveness.
Leadership, Feedback, and Social Influence
My research explores how individuals communicate influence through feedback, advice, and interpersonal interactions. I am interested in how power, psychological distance, and communication style affect motivation, cooperation, and behavioral change.
Computational Approaches to Human Behavior
I use experiments, natural language processing, and computational methods to investigate decision making, social cognition, and organizational behavior. My goal is to leverage quantitative tools to better understand how people interact with technology and with one another.
